View and manage applications for your offer

At any point during the course of your offer you can view and manage any applications which have been submitted by investors:

  1. From the menu, go to Offers and select Applications.
  2. You will see a list of Open and Closed Applications.
    • Open Applications still require attention as they have not completed the application cycle, ie: awaiting more information, awaiting payment or awaiting allotment.
    • Closed Applications have completed the cycle workflow: New/Open > Paid & Approved > Executed (securities issued).
  3. If you have received a paper-based application, populate and complete the online application process, you can attach a scanned PDF of the original paper-based application in the Completed Offer Application section.
  4. If you have an Open Application awaiting more information and you receive that information:
    • Find the online application in the list and click on the applicant name to go the Offer Application page.
    • In the Completed Offer Application section on the Offer Application page, click on Attach new file to attach the PDF document to the online application form.
  5. If you wish to make any notes about the application as it progresses through the journey from New to Executed, you can type them into the Progress Notes text box at the bottom of the application detail page and click the Save button. You can add as many different notes as you need to.
