Individual or joint investors

To add a new Individual or joint investor:

  1. Go to Investors and click Add new investor.
  2. Select the Security to confirm under which security the new investor will be created, if you only have the one Security you will be directed straight to the Investor Creation page.
  3. Ensure the Individual or joint box is selected.
  4. Enter the details of the Primary investor:
    • Title
    • Given names
    • Surname
    • Email address
    • Mobile number
    • Address line 1
    • Address line 2
    • Suburb/City
    • State
    • Postcode
    • Country
    • Country of tax residency
    • Tax identification number
  5. If the security you are allocating this investor to is a unit trust, you will need to provide extra FATCA information including:
    • Date of birth
    • Country of citizenship
    • ID type
    • Passport number
    • A certified passport copy of the investor. To attach a certified copy to the application:
      • Click on the Attach file link.
      • Find and select the file from your computer.
  6. If you are adding a joint holder, click on Add another investor. You can add up to three joint holders.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Optionally, enter the investor’s Bank details:
    • Bank country
    • Account name
    • BSB
    • Account number
  9. Click Next.
  10. If the security you are allocating this investor to is a unit trust you will need to fill out a Tax declaration step as part of providing FATCA information.
  11. In the Summary page, you can review your new investor's details before confirming, and also go back if you need to make any changes.
  12. Click on Create investor to create the new investor.
